Everything was great from the owners to the staff they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and it was easy to get into Kandy via tuk tuk in 10 mins to eat in the evenings. The accommodation was close to railway station so easy if you are leaving at around 8 to Ella.

The family who run Tree Tops were the best thing about it (and it was all pretty great). Super helpful, really accommodating and great at advice for the rest of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay here and just wish we had stayed for longer than one night. We were there as part of our honeymoon and they brought us some cute cupcakes and flowers with breakfast. We had a junior suite and the bathroom was amazing - the view from the bath was a highlight.

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was wonderful, the best 'room' we have had in 6 weeks. You enter into a combined kitchen and lounge area with comfortable settees and a large screen TV, then move into the bedroom with a big, very comfortable bed, effective AC and plenty of storage. The en suite bathroom is huge, with a modern shower and plenty of hot water, and a separate, free-standing bath to relax in. All of the amenities are of a high standard and the WiFi was always excellent. The owners are lovely and they couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, and the evening meal we had one night was delicious. We knew that the location is a little out of the city - one of the reasons we chose this place - but a tuk tuk only takes 10 minutes (500 rupees). Very highly recommended.

Very nice place surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden, big rooms with everything nice and tidy. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast was great! We absolutely recommend!!

The hospitality shown by the family who own and run this property was wonderful. The gardens were beautiful and so well looked after . The breakfast was superb. Highly recommend Kumar was a huge help with our luggage and arranging our tuc tuc .

We really enjoyed our stay at Kandy Tree Tops. The place is very eautiful and secure. We loved meeting the owner, who was very nice to us and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. Strongly recommend!

Breakfast was excellent. The staff/family were so friendly and accommodating. My daughter was contacted by the family to say she’d left her wallet in the bedroom. They arranged for a PickMe motorcycle to drive it to us. Her life was saved!

We had an amazing stay at Kandy Tree Tops. The location is nearby the town. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The family was super lovely and we had the best breakfast on our Sri Lanka trip.
