Conveniently located just out of the busiest part of downtown Kandy. Simple but clean and relatively well maintained. The reception guy was really helpful so overall it was a good experience given the very low cost.

I stayed at Kandy City Inn for one night, and it was a really pleasant experience. I truly loved the place. There was a bit of traffic noise in the afternoon since it’s located in the town area, but after that it was very calm and comfortable. The view is lovely you can enjoy both the city view and the mountain view, which makes the stay even more special. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they assisted me a lot during my stay. The hotel also feels very safe and secure. Regarding the room, all the necessary facilities were available, and the room looked exactly the same as shown in the photos on Booking.com. It is definitely worth the money, especially considering its central location and easy access to all main areas in Kandy. One of the highlights is the rooftop it’s wonderful in the evening and looks absolutely beautiful. Overall, I really loved this place and would happily recommend it to others.

The cleanliness, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the convenient location close to Kandy town. It was great value for money.
