We HIGHLY recommend this property! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after so well. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we could need. There was a full kitchen, comfortable beds, an iron and ironing board, 2 bathrooms, lovely decor and the most BEAUTIFUL views. Our host, Lakshita, was extremely accommodating. He took us to town on arrival to look around, and on a day trip to Sigiriya the next day. His lovely parents were also so warm, welcoming and helpful, and his mum's cooking for breakfast each day was amazing!! There are food and shopping options within walking distance, and the town centre is a short tuk-tuk ride away. Overall, a wonderful, cost effective, and memorable choice to stay whilst in Kandy. Thank you to Lakshita and family, we hope to be back one day!

Jaya Tomodachi was the ideal choice for our three nights in Kandy. The apartment is very large and spotless, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our host was incredibly friendly and even went the extra mile to get us tickets for the Perahera Festival, which we really appreciated. The location is a major plus—tucked away in a quiet area outside of the busy city center. While the road is a bit steep, it's easily manageable. Plus, having a supermarket for essentials right nearby was incredibly convenient. We were so happy we chose to stay here!
