If you stay in this villa you’ll have the unique opportunity to travel in time, to the past. This house is like a museum! And the history of the house and the family is astonishing. You can’t stop admiring each detail. The way the hosts and houskeepers ladies take care of you is also something uncommon. The infinity swimming pool and the mountain view make also this stay an unforgettable experience.

Breakfast and evening dinner were both fabulous, but the location is quite far out of Kandy and a bit difficult to find. We had our own driver, but without this it would have been tricky.

This is an amazing house, beautiful, full of history and charm. It is luxurious, with a porch, different stylish rooms and an infinity pool. The owner is kind. Interested and helpful. His wife is an amazing cook and host. Can recommend having breakfast and dinner here. Our stay in the mansion was truly relaxing. It's 20 minutes away from Kandy, easy with a minivan or tuk tuk. But you will not want to leave the house.

The people. Owner and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Owner made sure that our driver’s accomodation and meals were looked after.
