1 friendliness of Staff , well Organized / we got a free upgrade as well. ALL rooms were wheel chair acceessible/.access to roomsusing lift&undercover Passages.. Best hotel experience . .

Stunning grounds. Rooms were very nice and had everything you need. Bars and restaurant had lots of variety and was very well priced.

Lovely location and setting with beautiful grounds. The hotel design is pretty spectacular and the pool was great. Food is good but hotel prices unsurprising. Staff were really friendly and helpful particularly Mulan on front desk who always seemed to be there with help on issues relating to the Cyclone damage and closures. Ravi and Kanth were very efficient and kept the room clean and entertained us with their lovely towel animals! Overall,loved our stay.
