This stay was a bit disappointing overall. We originally booked this place because it advertised free laundry service (up to 2 kg, if I remember correctly). However, upon arrival, we were told that this offer only applies if you stay for more than two nights — something that was not clearly mentioned anywhere before booking. Additionally, the booking system did not allow us to reserve a triple room, even though we were three people. As a result, we had to pay for two rooms, but in the end, we were given one triple room and one double room, which was confusing. The rooms also had a very unpleasant smell that did not go away, which made our stay less comfortable. On the positive side, the location was very good and convenient.

The staff was excellent, ready to help with planning for sightseeing tuktuk, dance performance tickets, whatever. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Right in downtown action, great place to be if you want to experience urban Kandy. Good restaurant on the roof.

Friendly, helpful staff. Organised our brilliant driver. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed needed more pillows, which would be our only slight criticism. The best thing about it is the location though! All of the tourist things, around the centre of Kandy, are within 5 minutes walk!
