Beautiful home up the hill with excellent views. The host was lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely experience sat at a large dining table with white table cloth and refined crockery there was a lovely selection of food

Our room was so beautiful, the balcony was perfect. The house is so peaceful which was a welcome change from busy Kandy.

The family in this homestay is so kind. They welcomed us with a drink and a fresh cold towel. The building was so beautiful and build on a smaller mountain. Which was nice to be a little bit outside of the busy city but yet close enough to walk or take a tuk tuk. The balcony which we had next to our room was amazing and lovely to start the day. Breakfast was also amazing! Thank you!

Bethel Rest is in a wonderful location, positioned on the hillside high above Kandy so away from the noise of the city and positioned to give views from the lovely bedroom at the front and the terrace at the back. It’s an easy walk downhill (10mins) to Kandy even though the road is a steep uphill climb, so take a tuk tuk back up!
