This is a great Swiss historical hotel. It has a lot of charm and character. The staff was friendly and organised. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The access to the spa in the sister hotel across the way was heavenly.

If you looking for typical Swiss experience, this is the right place! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is exellent and the sister Hotel has a big SPA right across the Street where you can go (included in your room price) Car Parking behind the house.

Apart from the obvious — the incredible location, landscape and historical surroundings — Ruedihus made sure to be extra generous with all kinds of free treats: chocolates, water, an abundant breakfast, tea and cake, and access to a really good wellness area with different kinds of saunas. You really do get A LOT for your money here.

I felt like I was staying in a living museum. The antique furniture, squeaky floorboards and comfortable bed made this a wonderful experience. All the staff were very friendly towards me and my dog. I loved it.
