The staff were friendly and welcoming — both at reception and during breakfast. The heating was already on in mid-October, which made the room very comfortable. My top-floor room was calm, clean, and had a beautiful mountain view. Free parking next to the hotel is a big plus.

Great stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Switzerland, close to the Kandersteg train station and Oeschinensee cable car. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were there Monday and Tuesday when the hotel restaurant was closed so we had little contact with staff, but breakfast was very enjoyable. It was a real bonus to have access to a washer and dryer (located in the sauna room). Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy.

We have had a very nice room with a beautiful mountain view. The receptionist was very nice ,in just a few minutes we've been in our room already.
