Very convenient location next to bus stop. Very clean and tidy. Staff were super friendly. Laundry service downstairs. Room was spacious and spotless clean.

The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The staff were very helpful throughout although the evening staff when we checked in struggled to communicate even with the help of translation apps. The location is excellent to walk to all the key sites in Kanazawa. The room size is about average for a city hotel in Japan, tiny by international standards. Breakfast was available and adequate.
