The room was a great size and the 2 beds very very comfortable. A unique experience to take your shoes off in the lobby and put them in a locker. The onsen was an interesting experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The facilities were excellent, and everything was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout. The spa was a real highlight it felt very peaceful and tranquil, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were also very polite, helpful, and welcoming. They assisted us with all our queries and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room had great views, and the hotel was really well placed for getting around and exploring the area. Overall, it was very good value for money and a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.

Clean, convenient, nice design, beautiful onsen, wonderful staff. Special mention to IMAKAWA SAN on reception who made it her personal mission to track down my lost bag and make collection arrangements for me, she was wonderful!
