Beautiful building inside and out, clean and very comfortable in every way. We had 14 people in our group and they accommodated everyone’s food allergies and any issues promptly. Definitely will return.

Property was clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable. Japanese breakfast was a great way to start the day. Location was great, close to the market and gardens. Staff were so helpful.

I really appreciated the traditional experience and had a comfortable stay. The traditional breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff didn't speak much English but were hospitable and helpful regardless. I used an onsen here for the first time - very soothing after long days spent on my feet. The location is excellent. Very walkable from Kanazawa station but the bus is even more convenient, plus it's easy to walk to plenty of other attractions around Kanazawa like the castle and surrounds, Kenroku-en, Omicho Market, a variety of museums and preserved traditional districts.
