The staff were really nice, the place is very traditional and it's quite comfortable even if you're not used to sleep on the floor.

- authentic ryokan - family owned - incredibly nice and friendly family, very helpful - beautiful place! - great room, very clean - nice touch: welcome drink and sweets - loved the public bath - great location

The staff was really nice and very helpful in every aspect, really. Like you were at home. The hot bath were really a nice plus inside this ryokan.
