Everything. It is a charming traditional building and provides an opportunity to embrace wonderful hospitality in a very cosy environment. A very special place to stay. The property is immaculately clean and Mr Murata the proprietor/manager was always so helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Location is brilliant too

The location is fantastic, close to beautiful sights but also great nightlife on the doorstep. Even so the room was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It was our first experience both sleeping on a futon and in Japanese style baths, and it was fantastically relaxing and comfortable. I belive this was sort of a ryokan-lite experience, which suited us perfectly as we prefer a slightly later day and to go out for dinner. Nonetheless there were supplies in the room to brew tea when we returned each evening - delicious! Our room was so beautiful with a view of the sweet garden. The staff were so polite and kind even though we hid ourselves away a little!
