Excellent location, Kenrokuen garden just behind the hotel and Omicho market couple of minutes walk away. Great onsen and nice breakfasf.

Fantastic central location, easy walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Staff were really lovely - super helpful. Very comfortable room. Great value for money. The onsen with a beautiful view of the mountains was a lovely bonus. Good use of space - liked the separate toilet, shower & sink area. Like all hotels in Japan that I stayed in the shower was fabulous - strong water pressure & lovely & hot.

Much more personal than the same hotel chain in Hiroshima which had a more corporate feel. Excellent choices for breakfast.

Good location for exploring the city. Modern, well appointed hotel, with a nice onsen. Good breakfast selection of freshly cooked Japanese and continental dishes.
