Excellent customer service. Well appointed house with luxurious touches like the beautiful serving ware, thoughtful amenity kit and local coffee and tea. Immaculately clean, too. It was the best property we stayed at in Japan to date. One of the few places where the online photos were not as good as the house! Highly recommended!

Beautiful traditional Japanese house very close to Samurai district. We're able to contact Michio the Manager and he picked us up from Kanazawa station and showed us around the house. Good value for money and the most authentic place we stayed in Japan.
