Really polite staff members. I was able to check in an hour earlier as my room was ready. Location wise, the hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station and has a 7-11 opposite it + a family mart beside it. Breakfast was really great. The variety and quality was pretty much the best out of the hotels I have stayed in Japan. The room size is bigger than your average hotels in Japan. The view from the room is also great. The checkout time is also very generous! Really useful for us since we had a train ticket booked for much later.
