The staff were informative and helpful. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in, and the room was very nice!! We enjoyed the variety of pillows, and especially appreciated the concierge calling a local cab for us on checkout. They provide a charge cable that works for most devices - super nice for anyone who's forgotten their charger while travelling.

We loved this hotel. Lovely rooms, exceptional staff and convenient location. There was a miscommunication with the hotel about parking and they did absolutely everything in order to make it right. The manager and staff were honest, honourable and understanding. We recommend this hotel without reservation.
