Colin “Wonderful hotel for a Kanazawa break”

We were a little early for check-in but the hotel has a storage facility. Check-in itself was flawless, the staff are extremely polite and courteous. Remember there is a city tax to pay - as in many Japanese cities, however there is a bank of machines in the foyer where you can pay, cash is accepted and the machines have plenty of change. Rooms are immaculate. There were three of us and our room had a separate toilet and bathroom. Amenities are available in the foyer area, - razors, toothbrushes etc even high quality toiletries and Ito-en teabags! Just take as much as you want. Great location, easy walking distance to the castle and the other locations. About fifteen minutes walk from the station.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The location is central and convenient in every way. Close to the entertainment areas, close to the train station and close to the gardens and the castle. The staff is friendly and helpful and the lounge with drinks and light refreshments was great. Highly recommend.

Its very well located, clean, efficient. Breakfast is good. Onsen is nice. Free drinks in the afternoon are a nice touch.

Calmed and good hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Good amenities and lobby.
