rooms were nice and clean wifi is strong and stable staff were helpful location is in the downtown area, not far from all major tourist attractions

Location is great. Many free amenities including coffee, tea, pyjama, etc. The staff is very kind.

Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. No fresh fruit. Omelettes, poached eggs all cold. Bacon undercooked. Nice spread of Japanese offerings that I enjoyed. Location is great for access to Omicho Market easy walk to Kenruken gardens Coffee machine in the foyer was fabulous. On site washing machines great too.
