The hotel staff is very kind and the manager speaks great English. Our flight got rescheduled due to bad weather and we couldn't arrive for the first night. Once we provided the proof , the first night fee was waived and it was a very pleasant surprise to us. The hotel itself is located in a very convenient location that is a few minutes walk from the train station. There is an Irish pub and a few restaurants nearby. The decor and design of the hotel is great. The room is spacious where we can open two big suitcases. The toilet is separated from the bath which is handy. Good breakfast and onsen.
