Such a cute little spot in Kanazawa. Beds on the floor were surprisingly very comfortable! Good location, nice and close to the castle and park nearby

Daimaru-un is such a beautiful accommodation choice and in a great area of Kanazawa. It is more like a 2 bedroom house than a hotel, and is stunning with the traditional Japanese features. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. It was a nice change from the small hotel rooms that we had been staying in other cities. The bed was super comfortable, probably the best we've slept in out of all the hotels so far. The staff were also very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location! Close to Kanazawa Castle, Omicho Markets and the Samurai District. The beds were so comfortable too. The host was very friendly

Our host communicated constantly with us & met us personally to explain all the features of the property. He was extremely polite & helpful especially when our luggage was delayed and was able to redirect our luggage to his office, then deliver to our property. Cannot speak more highly of the customer service, outstanding. The property is a great location to local restaurants, food markets, laundromat & downtown shopping. Even though it was snowing outside, it was cosy & welcoming inside.
