The owner spent time explaining in detail on how how to get to the, Apt and access to the unit is hassle free and entry with ease. Facilities amenitiesties functions as expected. Quiet air-condition and relatively the unit have new furniture's. Easily house 8 pax as it has 1 queen n 1 double deck in each room. Smart TV is good as add-on. The security guards were polite and prompt. Access to the beach via the small gate helps. For the price, I say...it exceed my expectations.
