- convenience. Easy to call for grab. Plenty of restaurants around. Paradigm is about 15 mins walk away. - quick check in with a friendly staff at the counter - communication between the company. They will update you about addresses, check in and out times, fast to reply - unit is clean and basic amenities are available - strong water pressure and hot water available - comfortable furniture from the sofa to the beds - Netflix, YouTube, Spotify and a few other channels available for your viewing pleasure - you can partially open the windows to circulate the air - air conditioning is powerful - clean towels are provided and are great to use - stiff pillow. I enjoyed the stiff pillow

I had a pleasant stay! The dedicated parking for guests was convenient, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for a night’s stay. The receptionist was also very helpful and explained everything well.

The apartment that I got first wasn't the one in the pictures. They had multiple listings with different prices under the condo and none of them had any description that could distinguish one from another. I had to book at this place because this was the only option close to my girlfriend's workplace. The change was a bit of a hassle but they helped me with it. The first apartment was not clean, but the second was - except some watermarks on the wall that they tried to hide with a bedside lamp. There was also a dirty underwear in the washing machine. The key card did not work so we always had to use the key lock itself which was a bit of an extra work but we could get used to it. The bed and the view was amazing and the bathrooms were okay. Facility-wise they had everything that was advertised, but the weird thing is that the place was almost empty, and we always had a guard following us everywhere. The TV is completely useless and freezes at the menus and there are roughly 4 buttons that work on the remote altogether. Very weird experience with this place, but it wasn't so horrible, so 6/10.
