Private onsen in our bedroom which is always filled and at the right temperature is such a luxury. Staff were great, really attentive and helpful

Private bath for each room, very polite staffs, free parking, location is nice and quiet.

We stayed in a room with en-suite onsen. We enjoyed onsen every evening in the large public one and every morning in the room before we started the day. All meals from breakfast and dinner were amazing and the staff were also super friendly.

Absolutely huge room with private onsen and even a footbath on the balcony. The lobby area had a spectacular view of a waterfall and pond. The fresh flower displays were very impressive. Lots of interesting historical photos and artwork. The public bath had nice botanical smelling soaps and a selection of different shampoos and face washes etc
