Clean and spacious room with good customer service. The half-board meals were delicious with great variety and no repetition during our 3-day stay. Only downside was the open space private onsen on the 7th Floor, there are no wash-up facilities before or after use.

Me and my partner stayed for 1 night at Arimakan and we both really enjoyed our stay. Both the private rental and public hot springs we very nice and relaxing. The room itself was quite cozy and clean, the view outside the window was pleasant, looking at the quiet town with the mountains in the background was a beautiful sight. The food was delicious and your typical Japanese dinner and breakfast set, that they will bring to your room at the set time you select. I recommend Arimakan to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to unwind and relax.

An amazing stay at a family run establishment. A warm and hospitable staff, great pools, and delicious food. Cannot reccomend enough. Off the usual tourist path, well worth a visit. Dreaming of returning soon:)
