Well what can I say, Sofia, Yanus and Alexandro were so very welcoming and made our stay at Hotel Santa Elena so enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble, it was like a home from home, such lovely people! Lovely clean rooms everyday and a lovely continental breakfast every morning with some of Sofias homemade pastries which were delicious! Pool area was very relaxing and only 10 mins walk to town and beach area. There is an Irish quote...."There are no strangers here, only friend's you have not met yet"...I think this is very fitting for this Hotel...we will be back! Thanks so much 💖

Fantastic owners of the hotel. They are so kind and give you service over the top. The hotel is so beautiful and the view is beautiful. There is a little walk to the beach, but I don’t mind. Maybe 10-15 minutes and that is worth it. Because we have been in Santorini so many times on different hotels . And I will call it the best place to stay. Of course there are more expensive hotels on the island, but they don’t give you that heartwarming feeling. So many beautiful little details everywhere, and the staff make you feel like, you are at home. Just like a very beautiful heartwarming home.

Santa Elena is a really great place to stay. Small nice hotel and very good value. As you will find from many other reviews on this site, Sofia was just amazing and so comitted to helping guests getting a great holiday experience. The service level that she provided is out of reach for any hotel I have tried. The hotel is very clean, breakfast good and the pool big enough to make sure that you can get your excersice if relevant on a holiday. The distance to Kamari "downtown" is just a 12 minute walk and you wont be disturbed by any noise from the city which is also nice. Easy bus rides to both Fira and Oia just five minutes walk from the hotel. In short - what's not to like?
