Hermes hotel has a perfect location, being very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the hotel was great and staff very friendly. Room is very clean and well equipped. We will come back, definitely!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early and to use the pool and store the baggage before the check in while the room was beign cleaned.

Room was good breakfast was excellent pool was nice Beach was close to the hotel with lots of restaurants along the beach Even a supermarket was close by And the staff were very friendly we had clean towels everyday also did our beds

Absolutely everything. The staff first and foremost, they are very accomodating, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. From Albert who picked us up from the airport, to the receptionist Dina and Athena, Iana the staff from the restaurant, and the cleaning lady. They became almost like family in the 6 days we were there. My daughter was very fond of them, and it showed how genuine they are. The hotel is clean, everything is spotless, the room, bathrooms, swimming area and the restaurant. Restaurant served fresh ingredients and a selection of healthy breakfast, we had lunch a few times at the restaurant and it was always a lovely meal, my daughter was obssessed with their bolognese. The Hotel has a homey feel as well, where they have spaces to chill with a nice view of the mountain, and greeneries, it didn’t feel stiff like other hotels that are mostly concrete. It almost feel like relaxing in your own home for a week or so. It is also very close to the beach, and close to Fira, and not far from Oia. I could go on an on, but overall had a splendid time in Santorini because of Hermes. Very pleased I chose this hotel.
