For security reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that third party payments must be arranged directly with the property in advance.Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while travelling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service. Hotel is currently upgrading our facilities in the location side close to the cable car service area, from today until 30th August 2025. During upgrading the facilities period, we would like to inform you that the cable car service will be temporarily unavailable. However, a shuttle service will be provided as a replacement to ensure your convenience and comfort when accessing the hill zone. The shuttle service will maintain the same level of efficiency as the cable car to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience during your stay. Should you wish to use the shuttle service during your stay in the hill zone within the mentioned period, please feel free to contact our Front Desk anytime.The property provides a free schedule shuttle bus to Patong on a daily basis. Guests are required to make an advanced reservation at the reception and each trip has a maximum capacity of 24 passengers. Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.The bar is closed from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nilushi “Luxury stay in Phuket”

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The pools offered plenty of space to relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was not only spacious but felt truly luxurious. We were so impressed by the small, thoughtful gestures, from the complimentary insect repellent to the warm welcome from our van driver, who greeted us with cold towels and water. The team made our trip memorable. Mai in the restaurant was an absolute delight and took wonderful care of us, while the talented ladies at the breakfast station made the most delicious omelettes. We also appreciated the hotel’s shuttle bus to Patong; while we only used it once due to the schedule, it was a great service to have available. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful sea view from our villa and loved the experience of rock pooling and being so close to local wildlife. The cleanliness was impeccable, and as a bonus, the tailor they recommended made a fantastic suit. It was a truly exceptional experience.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds. And the staff are AMAZING! Every single one is so friendly and helpful (Jan, Bow, Mai) to name a few. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms are comfortable and had everything we needed. Kamala, Patong and old town are comfortable taxi rides away.

The location was good, the breakfast variety was very good. The beach; pool and the atmosphere were really good. The pool needs some minor refurbishment as well as the room. When cleaning the room they forgot to bring us the towels back which was not normal. If you stay up the hill you need to call the buggy after 7pm which sometimes take long to come

The resort is fully equipped with everything you need and it gives and the family a great experience whether you are a couple or a family with members of different ages. The resort is huge with various activities and areas that give you different vibes. The spa is the best one we have been to during our trip in Phuket.
