For security reasons, please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please note that third party payments must be arranged directly with the property in advance.Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while travelling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.The property provides a free schedule shuttle bus to Patong on a daily basis. Guests are required to make an advanced reservation at the reception and each trip has a maximum capacity of 24 passengers. Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.The bar is closed from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The gardens were beautiful and the staff were super friendly and very attentive. The resort is like a sanctuary where you can retreat to from the noise and colourful chaos of Phuket

Perfect location for family stay. Helped me when my child fell sick on very first day of the trip. Private beach makes it more perfect. Amazing pool. And they have veg food options too, in case there are apprehensions on food side.
