Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply non-refundable reservations and room rates.Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in.Incidental/Security Deposit: At check-in, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card to cover any additional charges during your stay. Huge resort with many pools and good access to the beach. Room was very clean, sofa bed was a bit hard ( for the kids). Breakfast was very nice and rich. Good value for money.

The Location- right adjacent to the most beautiful beach in Phuket. The variety of pools. The excellent service from staff: reception, cleaner of room (Nong), Soms and Finos Restaurant staff ( Bank, Joy), Massage staff (Lilly, Jenny, Polly). The food at all restaurants- exceptional variety and quality. Well appointed modern rooms.
