All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied. Please note that the name of the credit cad holder must be the same as the guest’s name and credit card along with a valid ID must be presented to the property upon check-in. if the credit card is not presented, a new payment is required.The spa is temporarily closed until further notice.10% Discount on Food & Beverages for a la carte menu. Discount excludes alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, minibar, and not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, and is available till 30 October 2025. The discount is applicable once per meal per bill per stay.Building No. 2 will be temporarily closed for renovation and improvement until 15 August 2025.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Property was great, rooms were comfortable, staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Sue and Tam. Don’t remember everyone’s name but all staff were great. Our cleaner was amazing, went above and beyond in our rooms daily. Had a problem with our air conditioning and staff had it sorted in a matter of hours. They were always happy to help.

The location of this resort is about 1.5km from the main Kamala beach. Whilst this walk is not arduous, the road is narrow and can be busy with traffic. We enjoyed this remoteness from the other resorts closer to Kamala Beach. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and so friendly. 2nd time we have stayed here in the last two years, we like it so much.
