🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Professionalism, Grace & Genuine Care at InterContinental Our recent stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort turned out to be a true example of how a hospitality brand should stand by its values. While we faced a sensitive issue during our visit, the way the management and team handled it reflected nothing but professionalism, empathy, and accountability. From the General Manager Mr. Bjorn to Ms. Noppawan, Mr. Julian, Ms. Honey, Ms. Niraphorn and Ms. Naina at the front desk, every single person worked tirelessly to ensure the matter was resolved with dignity and fairness. What touched us most was the gracious, calm, and respectful communication at every step. Instead of avoiding responsibility, the resort management took care of the situation and provided solutions that made us feel valued as guests. The property itself is breathtaking — stunning architecture, serene beachfront, and excellent facilities — but what sets this resort apart is the human side of hospitality: the ability to listen, act, and turn a difficult situation into a lasting relationship of trust. We left with the comfort of knowing that IHG truly lives up to its global standards here in Phuket. We look forward to returning soon — this time only to enjoy the beauty of the resort and its wonderful team.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make the experience amazing. Food selection at breakfast was great. Great spa treatments. The setting of the hotel was stunning - the beach was glorious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
