Clean and location close to shops/restaurants. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Booking.com doesnt tell you they book you under smoking rooms! I dont recommend booking via this site. That being said, the hotel was as what other guests mentioned, free stuffs (food) and helpful staff to help change the room to a non smoking one. Parking is 500 yen per night
