Very clean, kids friendly hotel with very amusing shows, snacks were available at all times, not very crowded during meals due to a variety of places to eat. Also staff help was exceptional, very friendly and willing to provide recommendations and help around the town and the hotel facilities. The swim up room was excellent, very spacious with clean and spacious pool which can be used at all times if you wish for a more private stay.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is fantastic for families with young kids. Our daughter spent the whole day splashing in the pool and absolutely loved the kids' entertainment. The food was amazing and varied. Chef Anessi at Kiani2 was outstanding. He ensured the food was always fresh and delicious. The team of animators was energetic and truly dedicated to entertaining the guests. I especially enjoyed the great vibes during the Zumba classes with Michelle. Upon our departure, we found a sweet farewell note from reception along with some treats in the fridge. What a lovely touch! The cleaning service was excellent. Our cleaning lady was very kind and did a superb job keeping our room tidy and spotless.
