I had a really pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. We arrived early at around 8 AM, even though the official check-in time was 11 AM. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, and they arranged a room for us at a very reasonable additional cost, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. The breakfast menu was also good and different menu for different for each day. The room has superb view. The team was supportive throughout our stay and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. They also helped us arrange travel for our return journey at night, which made things very convenient and stress-free. Overall, great service, cooperative staff, and a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The cottages are located in a beautiful place with a wonderful view of Chembra peak. It’s quiet, clean and wonderful nature. Watching the sunset from the balcony over the valley was amazing! The staff was very helpful and forthcoming, Thomas the manager arranged day trips for us and helped us with all our concerns! It was a great place to relax and explore wayanad from, family friendly, a nice pool area and very good value for money, absolutely recommend Woodrose resort!
