It was awesome and better than in the pictures. The host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we had everything we need. There are tree beaches nearby and they are all great. We will visit again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Spathies Apartment Hotel! The location is truly ideal, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Right in front of the hotel, there's a beautiful fruit garden where you can watch pomegranates, oranges, figs, and mandarins grow, which adds a unique touch to our experience. The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxation, but if you're in the mood for more activity, Nikiti is only a 17-minute drive away. There, you'll find a lively promenade with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops to explore. For us, the highlight was Kalogria Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Its proximity made it incredibly convenient, and we spent most of our days enjoying the sun and sea. Overall, we loved our time here and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a mix of tranquility and easy access to vibrant city life. We would like to mention that Kosta, the owner of the apartments was very welcoming and always happy to help. Very friendly and willing to give us advice with all our questions. Helping us to book different activities during our stay. Our apartment was very clean ( 2 double rooms with air conditioning), with a kitchen and 2 balconies. Comfortable beds.

The location's great. Two Spathies beaches (small and large) are on a 3 minute walking distance; Kalogria is on 10 minutes; Neos Marmaras and Nikiti are reasonably close for shopping / going out. Some reviews mention noisy traffic because the property is near the road - we didn't really find this an issue at all, the noise was negligible for us. The acommodation is very, very good. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets, so they can stay open at all times and create a pleasant air draft (there's also AC, and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom). Everything is clean and well maintained, and the kitchen appliances are good. The garden/yard is beautiful. We really enjoyed having dinner a couple of evenings at one of the tables in the garden. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the Wi-Fi quality. This is the first time we've had a dedicated Wi-Fi extender in our room.
