Sea Art House is a perfect place for a quiet and intimate holiday. We were delighted to visit it with my family (4 adults and 5y kid) in September. The house has great location and is beautifully decorated with paintings and sculptures made by the owners. Thanks to that it has its own soul. You will also find there everything you need for comfortable stay, even beach mats and umbrellas. There was an information that the property had no WIFI which was not true. The property has WIFI which works really great. The house is not large, but wisely planned and charming in its own way. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. It seems to be adapted to accommodate 4 people. The only downside was the single beds of different heights in the second bedroom which may be some inconvenience for the second couple. On the other hand, the undeniable advantages are beautiful, large garden and 3 terraces, one of which has a great seaview. The host was very kind and helpful. Throughout our time in Greece he was interested if everything was fine and responded quickly to every question we had. When we arrived his charming relatives were already waiting to give us the keys, instructions and tell us about the area. In the fridge we found water and Ouzo which was a very nice gesture. The location is great, the closest beach is just right in the front of the house. There are also many nice and intimate beaches within a walk distance. The water in the sea was crystal clear and very warm (around 26-27C in September). Near the apartment there is a small hotel with a bar by the sea an swimming pool, which could be used freely after purchasing something at the bar. There were stones on the seabed, our child used swimming shoes. There are also several restaurants nearby with beautiful sunset views and tasty food. We are very pleased with our stay and can highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to experience peace and visit this beautiful region of Greece.

Very kind owners, they were waiting for me to give me the keys and explain me the things of the house and around. Nice, quiet and cozy house with nice garden. 50m from the sea and well located between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, 10 min drive to the market.

A wonderful house and wonderful hosts. The house is very beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy. Thanks to the subtle artistic taste of the owners, an amazing atmosphere has been created in the house. Everything is very well planned: there is enough space for two families (4 people). There were 3 of us - two adults and a teenage child and we were comfortable, of course. The house has very comfortable and cozy terraces, where we spent most of our time. And the view from the terrace to the sea and the sunset is a separate bonus. Real landscape therapy! In the house you will find everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, clean and fresh bed linen, towels. All the accessories are in the bathroom. There is a beautiful garden with olive trees and a lawn around the house. The garden also has wonderful seating areas with a table and chairs. The sea is two steps away from the house. It is really very cozy and peaceful here. Some kind words about the owners of the house: Dimitris and Despina. They greeted us kindly on the day of our arrival and told us all about the house. Dimitris is always in touch, if you need, and helps to resolve any issue that arises. A separate bonus is the arrival of Dimitris with local delicacies and a supply of water. We were very touched and grateful. This amazing family took care of us as their own people. This is a wonderful place to relax. I highly recommend it. And we already dream of coming back here!
