The host Kostas was attentive and meet us with warm greetings. Location is quiet, room is light and big enough. The mattress in the main bedroom was firm which was good for my husband and me. The mosquito mesh was large and the air conditioner worked without any problems. This apartment is a great choice for family with kids. After the stay Kostas kindly took as to airport.

Lovely apartment, very clean, in a lovely location, great host, good Wi-Fi in the rooms. The closest beach is at 10-15 mins walk, good restaurants reasonably cheap (8/10euros for a meal, 4/5 euros for a beer), the supermarket is at 3-5 mins walking distance, bus stop at 15 mins walk - can go to different villages with 0.90 euros/ticket (our favourite village was Afytos and best to eat Taverna to Steki). The beach is mainly sandy but a bit stoney as you enter the sea - strongly recommend to take your water shoes with you, otherwise you can find in shops along the street, cheap version at 15 euros/pair. If you love fishing, take your fishing kit with you, can catch small fish with bread almost everywhere ☺️ The beach bars have also sunbeds with umbrellas. Some are charging the sunbeds ( 5-10 euros per set of 2) and others demand a minimum bar order of 10 - 30 euros /set of 2 sunbeds. I recommend trying a different beach every day, as there are sooo many. Although the sand and the sea seem the same, your experience will be different, in a good way 🙂
