Heat was a problem but the staff gave us a space heater which worked good.

Great staff, who seems to really strive to make this place work. Walkable distance to downtown. Fairly quiet, even for rooms facing the road.

Leah was exceptional! From the very beginning as we walked into reception, we were greeted by her warmth and she made us feel so welcomed. Leah was the friendliest, most accommodating person we’ve ever met at any hotel, and she was so engaging and willing to help us with anything we needed. Thank you for making this experience so positive, it really helped us to enjoy our time in Kalispell!
