Very clean, in a quiet area of Kaikoura. Lovely deck with mountain views. Big communal kitchen and dining areas. Room was really big and had a table (but no chairs) - it was useful for organizing all our small stuff... Bathroom was big too.

We had the property all to ourselves and that made it great value for money. I would otherwise call it a Backpacker not an B&B. The rooms are big and light. Everything was clean and the table tennis was indoors beside the sofas. Plenty of room to wine and dine. The property overlooks the golf course.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless—especially the kitchen, which was not only clean but beautifully maintained. The view was stunning and added a relaxing touch to the whole experience. Check-in was completely seamless, making arrival stress-free. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be booking here again!
