The property is surrounded by the historic Maori Pa area that has trees from the late 1800's. There are cows across the road, and sheep up the hill.

Boasting views of the ocean, this three bedroom cottage features polished concrete floors in the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and feature views of the mountains and sea. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is also a day bed in the lounge area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is an exterior laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
