The park is situated in a beautiful and tranquil setting. To be able to sit outside my bedroom on the deck and listening to the babbling stream was magical.

Amazing spot, hugged by the forest from all around! Lots of beautiful birds to see, Tui, piwakawaka, rosellas....magic! Staff were very helpful and friendly, facilities were great. Good playground for kids, right on the river so eels to see too and glow worms! Wish we could have stayed longer to see more of the local forest and appreciate what the grounds had to offer!

You pretty much get what you pay for with Top 10. Inexpensive and cheerful and usually in great locations. Didn’t manage to spot a kiwi but well worth a visit here.
