Staff were very helpful. The view of Sakurajima was believable. Watching the sunrise with such a view was a blessing. Room Size was very big. Loved the shower and room facilities. Onsen has indoor and outdoor options. Great place to relax and be adventurous as you want to.

Marvellous hotel. Very stylish, comfy beds, very nice Onsen, good breakfast. Above all, a fantastic concierge service, getting us a car on Yakushima when we couldn't find any availability - the concierge staff made sure the next shift was aware of developments and really went the extra mile.
