Three bedroom villa in an enclosed estate. Nicely laid out, hard but comfortable beds. Kitchen, dining, lounge room well laid out. Crockery and cutlery was of cheaper quality. Nice showers and good laundry. Villa has been well used and could do with a refresh.

Excellent clean property central to foreshore/ park/ beach. Communication excellent and Real Estate very friendly when handing over keys. Lovely personalised touch of wine and chocolates on arrival. Safe fenced complex with large pools great for kids.
