Perfect location, close to all shops and restaurants. Only a couple of minutes drive to the beach or marina. The house itself is exceptional, large kitchen with lots of bench space, 2 nice living areas, I actually slept on the lounge in the front living room on the 1st night, so comfortable. Nice outdoor area with 2 large tables, lots of chairs, a BBQ on a stainless steel bench with a large sink for cleaning any fish you might catch, a double garage plus space for another 2 cars down the side behind closed gates. Big thanks to The Professionals Jurien Bayview Realty for the upkeep of the house.
