Very clean and well maintained. We like the location, with beach views from the balcony. There is a side gate access that leads you to the beach, skate park and playground.

The property was close to all amenities, the view from the balcony of the beach was gorgeous, the swimming pool was a added bonus & the overall unit was amazing.
