The fine print
Please note that last-minute bookings made within 24 hours before the arrival date are subject to a change in the arrival time from 15:00 to 18:00.
The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation.
Any additional guest not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present an identity document once the reservation has been created and at the time of check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, stag parties or other similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are requested not to make excessive noise. A policy of respect for noise pollution is in force between 21:00 and 7:00.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived.
If you leave the property at a different time than scheduled, namely 10 am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a reminder fee of € 55.
If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to the guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty rate of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Ideally situated to visit Le Mans, which was one of the chief reasons for choosing the location. We visited Le Mans 24 hour Museum and track as well as the Museum in town. We walked the historical routes too. The heated swimming pool was magnificent. The spacious grounds allowed for our grandson to run around to his heart's content. The billiard table, table tennis and football nets were much appreciated. The countryside views from the garden were lovely and we all enjoyed the forest walks and the wildlife. There were plenty of seating areas and we enjoyed our al fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. We felt that we were in our own little world. We enjoyed visits to Saumur, to the Troglodyte village and to caves in Saluges. We ate local produce and visited a number of small village markets.
