An exceptional welcome by Diogo and his family!! We felt like we were on a movie set. The property is so beautiful, and it felt like a home away from home. Diogo went above and beyond when one of our group desperately needed new camino shoes and drove us to a sports store. Such fabulous hosts, and so generous with their time and wine!! Well worth booking for a more luxury stay on your camino. 10/10

We had the most amazing stay & haven on the Camino. Diogo is the perfect host & has a lovely family. The rooms were spacious stylish & very comfortable. The extra touches were so welcome loved the foot bath …we were spoilt thank you

My partner and I recently had the immense pleasure of staying at Alma Peregrina, and I cannot sing its praises loudly enough! It was a truly special experience and now a treasured memory. Perfect setting, just off the Camino, peacefulness permeates through the entire property. Diogo and Flavia are perfect hosts, warm and welcoming. The room has many thoughtful touches, including an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality linens. We also really appreciated the foot bath and handmade bath bomb after a long day cycling! What truly sets Alma Peregrina apart is the hospitality. We were celebrating a birthday and had an evening together that felt like a reunion of old friends. It was a perfect night with food and drinks; they went above and beyond with a delicious cake and handmade gift. I was incredibly touched. Diogo's recommendations for nearby sights and restaurants in Porto were spot on and hidden gems we wouldn't have found ourselves. Breakfast was an absolute feast! The fresh home grown tomatoes, perfectly ripe, were some of the best produce I've tasted in Portugal.
