We loved the history and story behind the Alaskan hotel , its era , its décor , the richness of fabrics , interior decor , plush velvet beautifully decorated bedrooms Karl , was very obliging and offered us an amazing bedroom with no extra cost on our second night which we really appreciated experiencing its uniqueness and charm , so a big thank you to Karl

A hotel with lots of character. The manager was quick to help with a problem. Terence (front desk) was exceptional with customer service.
