The fine print
Please note that check-in to cold rooms are from18:00 (storage for your luggage is provided if needed). Pets are only allowed in our Kaamos Standard and Kaamos Superior and we charge an extra 300 SEK per stay.
Please inform us well in advance of your arrival that you are travelling with a pet as the number of rooms for pets is limited.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We enjoyed our stay. We did not stay in an ice room but it was very interesting to view the actual Ice Hotel. Our room was large and well fitted. Much nicer inside than it looked from the outside. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming.

All perfect! Staff very friendly and helpful. Interesting design of the spacious rooms. Beautiful area and surroundings, good timing for sauna, rich breakfast and incredible experience visiting ice suits and ice bar. Good value for money. Much more than expected!

Clean and modern interior of rooms. Unique qualities of the hotel, being ice. Great that you can look around the ice rooms if you’re a hotel resident. Friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was a superb meal. Highly recommend

We had booked a warm room and we were very satisfired with it. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough. The breakfast table was also very nice.
