To my utter shock, the reception said that I have no booking at their property. I showed them printed copy of my booking, their emails confirming my booking but they could not find any booking in my name on their system. Regarding the emails sent to me confirming booking, the reception said that those were system generated and has not much implications. Anyways, they obliged me giving a room as per my booking but I do not know whether it was the same standard room which I booked or not. Anyways, the room was clean although quite small and the service although a little bit slow but still appreciable. Breakfast was okay, nothing much to complain about. Overall, it is a nice property and can be visited again.

It was a great experience! I totally recommend this hotel! It's a convention hotel that organizes different events, so normally you could meet lots of interesting people there. The staff is amazing and very helpful, always ready to fulfill any request. Very nice people, polite, and focused on excellence in their services which I appreciated greatly. The food was very tasty and the cook and his team were attentive to my requests, at all times, especially since I come from Europe and I was not very familiar with the food options. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and the staff were so nice and surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang for me! I was so impressed as this was totally their initiative and a great surprise! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I stayed in the deluxe suite which had also a big bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. The room had also a balcony from where I could see the surroundings. I would return there anytime as I was treated very well and had all comfort.
